• Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with Pediatric Surgical Experience: Advanced practice nurses with a strong foundation in pediatrics and additional experience in the surgical setting.
• Surgical Residents: Physicians in training who are gaining experience under the guidance of attending pediatric surgeons.

Responsibilities:
