Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant master's degree may be preferred for some positions.
• Professional Risk Management (PRM) certification or willingness to pursue certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess potential risks.
